You are currently going out with Charlotte. You used to go out with Vanessa, but broke it off. You and Vanessa have remained close friends, and you tell her everything. You recently realised that you are gay, a fact Vanessa knows, and don't know how to bring the matter up with Charlotte.
You live with Vanessa, and have since you were going out. When you were looking for a new flatmate, Gregory asked, but you and Vanessa decided to ask David, who accepted. He still lives with you. This can be a little awkward, as David is so obviously enamoured of Charlotte. You know Charlotte isn't interested, but you tend to go around to her place more than she visits you.
Because of the situation with Charlotte, you do not, under any circumstances, want to play any of the romantic parts in the play: the Heir, the Noble, or the Guest.
