Background
Robert Claussman is the son of second-generation German immigrants; he was born in London, and has lived there all his life. He is still living with his parents, and is finishing secondary school. He is not a member of any club or gang, though he has some friends that are; he knows Jellybean primarily through working on lighting for some of her raves.
Robert was the stereotypical shy and thorough child; he did hang out with "bad elements", and helped hotwire a car or two, but was never really part of the group. Since his Chrysalis, he has taken on the idea of "being a Nocker" (as he understands it) quite seriously, and is acting as close to his understanding of the ideal as he thinks he can. This has already caused some problems.

Robert Claussman looks, at first glance, like a typical British teenage yob; perhaps a bit on the tall and skinny side, but the short sandy-brown hair, white oil- stained tee-shirt, worn jeans and battered boots are fairly typical. The wide tool-belt that he often wears adds to this impression, suggesting an apprentice mechanic or electrician.
But he doesn't swagger; in fact, he hardly seems to notice people at all. It is not a case of ignoring them - his winter-blue eyes just don't seem to note others as anything more than obstacles to be avoided. He can be moderately warm when he is interacting; he just doesn't normally interact. He doesn't smile very often, and it usually doesn't look natural when he does. Coupled with a strong jaw and small steel-rimmed glasses, many people have been known to be unnerved by him.
Faerie Form
Robert, as a Nocker, dresses much the same - he always has his toolbelt in this form. His frame is much more gaunt and angular with the muscles and blood-vessles fairly prominent; his skin is a bumpy dark-red. The most noticable difference are his eyes, which are completely black and glisten.
